Brief History of Our Club

In
1987, the Tsawwassen and Semiahmoo Old Boys Rugby Clubs merged to become
Bayside Rugby Club, located in South Surrey.
Itís always been the goal of the Bayside Rugby Club to be the
best organized, most progressive club in BC.
Our junior program has grown over the last nine years, where we
are now running boys teams at U14, U15, U16, U17 and U19 age levels. Bayside also runs a very successful Mini-rugby program, which
offers development at the 4 to 12 year old level.
Our Mini-rugby program is co-ed and we've had an
under-18 girls team for 4 years. Our primary feeder schools consist of Earl Marriott, Elgin
Park, North Delta, Seaquam, Semiahmoo, South Delta and the South Ridge;
however, we welcome all! Practices start in late August. It's never too
late to join.
So, get
off the couch - Bayside Rugby needs you!

home games are at
South
Surrey
Athletic
Park
(between
Softball
City and Semiahmoo High School) - 20th Avenue and 148th Street, South
Surrey.
Practices are Tuesday and Thursday nights at the same location until we move to the artificial turf field (next to the Rotary Field House) due to lack of daylight.
