Bayside Mini
Rugby Pre-Season Training
There will be
two pre-season training sessions, on January 17th and 24th. This will be on
the turf fields for all age groups. The focus of this will be to combine
some age groups for conditioning, skills training and fun games. These two
sessions will run from 9:30 AM till 11:00 AM on the turf field next to the
rotary field house.
