Bayside Black & White Dinner Dance - March 31, 2012

Bayside Athletic Association presents its 3rd Annual Black and White Dinner Dance and 25th anniversary celebration! The Dinner Dance will be held at Semiahmoo Sec. School beginning at 6:00pm on Saturday, March 31, 2012 and is a fundraiser towards the construction of a Bayside Clubhouse. The event will feature a prime rib buffet dinner and cash bar, silent auction, live bands and plenty of dancing. Past years events have sold out and we have been able to raise over $21,000 for the clubhouse fund and are hoping to beat that this year! Tickets for the event are $75 each and tables of 8 can be purchased for $600. A great way to contribute to the event is through silent auction item donations. Last year we had over 90 items in the silent auction and we are looking to top that this year with your help and donations! The Silent Auction package contains a letter detailing our goals for donations from each of the club sections as well as a letter that can be used to explain the event to potential silent auction donors.
